Layout of Controls

START button - Press to start the mixer.

Note: Ensure the STOP button has been released from its locked position when starting
the mixer.
POWER switch - Turn clockwise to the '1' position to turn On.

STOP button - Press to stop the mixer. Twist clockwise to release and reset.

Using the Mixer

Open the safety guard.
1.
Put the ingredients into the bowl.
2.
Note: Do not exceed the limits stated in the Mixing Specifications table on page 4.
Put the water into the bowl, if required.

Lower the safety guard.
4.
Twist and pull the STOP button to release the lock.
5.
Turn the power switch to ON (1).
6.
Press the START button to commence mixing.
7.
Push the STOP button to stop the mixer.
8.
Turn the power switch to OFF (O) and disconnect from the power supply.
9.
Lift the safety guard and remove the dough.
10.
Note: The mixing bowl cannot be removed from the mixer.
WARNING: Ensure the appliance is turned off before placing hands in the mixing bowl.
