for 2s, and the system runs at -18℃ by default.
1 Functions
1.1 Temperature setting
Temperature can be adjusted by pressing the 'SET' key. Every time when the "SET" key is pressed, the current mode
indicator lights off while the next mode indicator lights up, with the said mode setting validated if no key operation within 5s
(or else, the mode setting will be invalid). After the setting takes effect, temperature will be immediately controlled as per
the mode setting.
The temperature modes cycle as following: "-16℃→-18℃→-20℃→-22℃→-24℃→
1.2 Fast freezing
When the fast freezing function is enabled, the compartment temperature can be cooled down in a rapid manner, which is
beneficial to the prevention of food nutrition against lost and the preservation of freshness.
After a cumulative running period of 26 hours, the fast freezing function will exit automatically, with the temperature mode
restored to that set before the fast freezing function is enabled.
1.3 Door open alarm
When the refrigerator door keeps open for more than 3 minutes, the buzzer starts issuing alarms, which can be
suspended for 3 minutes by pressing any key, but they will not be stopped until the said door gets closed.
1.4 Power-cut memory
In case of power failure, the refrigerator will maintain the operating state before power failure when power supply is
restored.
1.5 Power-on delay
In order to protect the refrigerator compressor from being damaged in the case of short-time power failure (i.e., less than 5
minutes), the compressor will not be started immediately after it is powered on.
1.6 Defrosting
The refrigerator can defrost automatically or manually.
When the refrigerator is not defrosting, the automatic defrosting program can be enabled by holding down the SET key for
15s, with all the mode indicator lights illuminated, refrigeration stopped, and defrost heating started. During the defrosting
process, you can hold down the SET key for 3s to stop defrosting manually, or wait until the defrosting program gets exited
automatically.
In order to avoid frequent defrosting actions of the refrigerator, do not access to the defrost function during the defrosting
process; and make sure not to enable the defrost function again within 10 minutes after it is manually disabled.
1.7 Fault alarm
When the alarm indicator keeps flashing (with the corresponding indicator light of "-16, -20, -24, or fast freezing" flickering
simultaneously), it indicates fault with the refrigerator. Please contact the aftersales person for visiting service in such
case.

Instructions for food storage
Food storage locations
Shelf: When taking the shelf out, lift it upwards, and then pull it out; when installing the shelf, make sure to place it into
position before putting it down.
Crisper box (drawer): You can pull out the drawer for access to foods.
Do not put too many or too weight foods inside the refrigerator. Keep enough space between foods; if too close, the cold
air flow will be blocked, thus affecting the refrigeration effect. Do not store excessive or overweight foods, to avoid the
shelf from being crushed. When storing the foods, keep a distance away from the inner wall; and do not place the
water-rich foods too close to the refrigerator rear wall, lest they get frozen on the inner wall.
Freezer mode:
Long-term storage of foods: The freezer compartment, where the temperature is generally controlled below -18℃, is
suitable for the preservation of foods for a long term, but the shelf life indicated on the food packages should be abided by.
Freezer drawer: Used for the frozen food storage; For the mass pieces of meat or fish, cut them into smaller ones, pack
them up separately with the fresh-keeping bags, and distribute them evenly in the drawer.
Fast freezing
(1)
Refer to the description about fast freezing function in the "Function" section.
(2)
Compared with the normal freezing, fast freezing enables food to pass through the maximum ice crystal formation
zone at the fastest speed. Fast freezing can freeze the food water content into fine ice crystals, without damaging the
cell membrane, so cell juice will not be lost when thawing, and the original freshness and nutrition of food can be
maintained.
(3)
The fast-freezing function is designed to preserve nutrition of the frozen food, with the food thoroughly frozen in the
shortest time. Fast freezing consumes more energy than the normal freezing does.
★ Allow the hot foods to cool down to the room temperature before putting them in the freezer compartment.
★ Do not put a glass container with liquid or the canned liquid that is sealed in the freezer compartment, so as to avoid
