SHADE UMBRELLA INSTALLATION GUIDELINES
To ensure the longevity of the umbrella, correct installation of the umbrella is essential. There are two standard
installation options that provide good stability to the SHADE PRO umbrella:
1. Installation on BASE.
2. Installation on BASE fixed to ground/floor.
INSTALLATION ON BASE
WARNING!
If you want to install the LED LIGHT KIT ART.999. follow only the instructions given in the
installation instructions of the LED LIGHT KIT ART.999.
It is recommended to keep the umbrella tied with the appropriate lace to prevent it from opening during assembly.
Make sure that the umbrella is installed in an area free of obstacles that may prevent it from being used.
The BASE (D) has 5 threaded holes. Before assembling the umbrella to the BASE (D), it is necessary to place the
TILES (C) inside the BASE (D) as ballast (the recommended number of tiles for SHADE PRO umbrellas is 8).
The five holes of the UMBRELLA STAND (A) must be aligned with the five threaded holes of the BASE (D). Take care
to assemble the UMBRELLA STAND (A), in order to insert the pin on the corresponding hole in the BASE (D), as
shown in figure 2.
Next, proceed with the positioning of the BASE COVER (E), wearing the same through the UMBRELLA SUPPORT
STAND (A).

INSTALLATION ON A BASE FIXED TO THE GROUND / FLOOR
It is possible to fix the base to the GROUND, by means of stakes (not included in the package), to be assembled in
correspondence with the n.4 holes on the lower part of the base. Pickets can be found in hardware stores or specialist
hardware stores.
First proceed with the positioning of the base and the fixing of n.4 stakes, then follow the above instructions.
It is possible to fix the base on FLOOR (cement, stoneware, wood, etc.), using n.4 plugs (not included in the package)
whose type depends on the type of material of the floor itself. You should seek advice from a specialist dealer.

ASSEMBLY OF UMBRELLA ON BASE
Once you have installed the BASE (D) and UMBRELLA STAND (A), after tightening
the SCREWS (B), you can install the umbrella by inserting the SIDE POST (2) on the
UMBRELLA STAND (A).
During this operation it is NECESSARY to hold the ROTATION HANDLE (4) up,
otherwise it is not possible to insert the SIDE POST (2) on the UMBRELLA STAND (A).
Take care to insert the electrical cable coming out of the SIDE POST (2) into the SIDE POST (A), so as not
to damage it when inserting the SIDE POST (2) on the SIDE POST (A). The electrical cable in question is
part of the electrical circuit of the LED Lights Kit art.999, and must be used exclusively for the installation of
the LED Lights Kit art.999.
Once the umbrella is well placed on the UMBRELLA STAND (A), leave the ROTATING HANDLE (4), which will lock
the umbrella on the UMBRELLA STAND (A) itself.
