TIPS
•
Place the waffles on a wire rack to cool down for a few minutes. Do not pile
them on top of one another after cooking, otherwise they will soften.
•
Do not overfill the waffles shaped cavities because it will spill over.
•
Make sure the mixture is thick and not runny (watery). Follow the
instructions of the recipe carefully.
•
Always coat the non-stick surface with a small amount of vegetable oil.
This can be done with a paper towel or with a non-stick cooking oil spray.
Wipe off any excess oil. It is recommended to periodically do this after use
to maintain the quality of the non-stick coating.
•
Do not use left over waffles mix. The results are better when you cook
waffles right after you have prepared the batter.
•
Let the waffles cool for a few minutes and then enjoy them fresh and warm.
•
Use popcicle sticks if you want to bake waffles on a stick.
