Before starting, make an overall check of the motor to be
sure to apply all the indications about installation above
presented.
Specially, please:
◆
Check insulation resistance of the windings to earth and
between phases
◆
Make sure that the voltage of the motor is equivalent to
the one expected and that the position of the motor after
assembling is right;
◆
Check the union of the connecting link, close all its dies
and secure the cover of the terminal board without
damaging the gasket;
◆
Verify the rotation of the motor manually;
◆
Once the fuse is inserted, check if there is voltage in all
the phases and eventually measure their value.
Stop using the motor if anomalies occur and contact ELVEM.

When using the motor, please very carefully respect the
following indications:
◆
if anomalies – like increase in temperature, noise,
vibration – occur, disconnect the motor. Verify the cause
of the anomalies and possibly contact ELVEM;
◆
do not remove in any case the protective devices even
when testing or maintaining;
◆
use of motors with forced ventilation is allowed only
when the external fan is on.

Antes de comenzar, realice una verificación general del motor para
asegurarse de aplicar todas las indicaciones sobre la instalación
presentadas anteriormente.
Por favor, especialmente:
i Compruebe la resistencia de aislamiento de los

i Asegúrese de que el voltaje del motor sea equivalente al

esperado y que la posición del motor después del montaje
sea correcta;
i Compruebe la unión del enlace de conexión, cierre todas

sus matrices y asegure la cubierta de la placa de terminales
sin dañar la junta;
Verifique la rotación del motor manualmente;

Una vez que se inserta el fusible, verifique si hay voltaje en
◆
todas las fases y eventualmente mida su valor.
Deje de usar el motor si se producen anomalías y póngase
◆
en contacto con ELVEM.
◆
Cuando utilice el motor, respete con mucho cuidado las
siguientes indicaciones:
si se producen anomalías, como aumento de temperatura,
◆
ruido, vibraciones, desconecte el motor. Verifique la causa de
las anomalías y posiblemente contacte a ELVEM;
no retire en ningún caso los dispositivos de protección, incluso
◆
durante las pruebas o el mantenimiento;
el uso de motores con ventilación forzada solo se permite
◆
cuando el ventilador externo está encendido.
