INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
YOU WILL NEED:
1. Liquid silicone
2. Glue
3. Hand screwdriver
4. Cutting tools appropriate for the work top material
5. Gloves
6. Eye and ear protection
7. Drill with wood and a cylindrical bit / hole saw
8. Template (included)
9. Fixing clips (included)
10. Drill with 8mm bits & stops for fixed bore depth
We recommend that the sink be installed by a professional plumber.
Step 1 Choose and cut out of the template the drawing that corresponds
to your sink. Place the template on the worktop in the exact place where
you would like to install your sink and trace the outline of the template
with a pencil. Make sure it does not obstruct cupboard doors or other
installations (taps, pipes etc.) and check openings for these before in-
stalling the sink.
Step 2 Cut the worktop according to the template outline then grind or
sandpaper the surface of the aperture to make it smooth. Always use the
template as a guide.
SINK CARE & USE INSTRUCTIONS
• Do not place pots, pans or other objects with excessive tempera-
tures on the sink.
• Place hot objects on appropriate potholders (sus plat) made of
wood, plastic etc.
• Let cold water run when you pour boiling water in the sink.
• Avoid placing simultaneously on the sink very hot or very cold ob-
jects.Do not use your sink as a cutting surface. Wood or plastic cut-
ting boards are available. The purchase of stainless steel baskets or
other accessories can reduce the risk of accidental damage.
• Do not use abrasive or metal cleaning pads to clean the sink, be-
cause they could scratch the surface and make it susceptible to
04
stains.
• Do not throw heavy or pointed objects on the sink because they
may damage it.
• ATTENTION! Do not pour alcohol, gasoline, chlorine, or other dilu-
ents in the sink because they can damage it beyond repair.
Our company offers a Lifetime Guarantee of all manufacturing defects
in material and workmanship under normal residential usage.
We will issue an equivalent replacement sink without charge, excluding
transportation and any labor costs, provided that the product has been
installed in accordance to the installation instructions, used and cleaned
as recommended and not damaged due to abuse, misuse or negligence.
In the event of a warranty claim, the owner will be required to provide as
proof of purchase, a sales receipt.
Manufacturing defects covered by this guarantee:
• Thermal cracking
• Inconsistent color
• Surface blemishes
• Bubbling
• Warped surface
Guarantee is not applicable under conditions:
• Improper installation or modification of original product
• Holes drilled incorrectly
• Cuts and nicks
• Abuse or misuse (i.e. impact damage due to heavy objects dropped into
the sink, hot pots exceeding 200°C placed into the sink)
• Scratches resulting from scrubbing with steel wool, abrasive pads or
cleaners
• Improper application such as exposure to corrosive chemicals
• Shipping or freight damage
• Any commercial application
Step 3 Reverse the worktop and place the sink on the side you are fac-
ing. Place the fixing clips on the outter rim and make pencil marks in
the middle of the opening of the hook. The holes should have a depth
of 8mm.
Step 4 Apply adhesive of suitable type for your worktop material (marble,
granite etc.) to each hole and then insert the hex screws. Wait until the
glue has dried completely before proceeding. Apply a thick layer of sili-
con around the bottom edge of the opening in the worktop at the point
of contact with the sink.
Step 5 Centre the sink in the aperture and tighten the hooks. Tighten
the screws with a hand screwdriver because the pressure of an electric
screwdriver might throw the sink out of line.
Step 6 Restore the worktop to its initial position for the final installation.
Fill any remaining gaps between counter and sink with silicone. Use a
damp cloth to remove excess silicone along the joint between sink and
worktop.
DRAIN CONNECTION
Follow the instructions included in the valve and siphon packaging.
CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS
• Clean your sink after every use with hot water, a plain soapy de-
tergent and a soft cloth. Common stains are removed immediately.
• Common stains caused by foods or liquid which stain easily (tea,
coffee, juice etc.), must be removed immediately using very hot wa-
ter and a cleaning product.
• Difficult stains, such as ink, oil, or paint must be removed immedi-
ately using a cloth dampened in denatured alcohol.
• Abrasive cleaning powders, creams or dangerous chemical prod-
ucts must not be used.
• Everyday use will result in lime buildup, especially on the bottom of
the sink, which will progressively increase in thickness. This layer of
lime buildup is very porous and easily stained. By following a cer-
tain procedure you can remove any buildup twice a week, easily:
1. Cover the bottom of the sink with water and plain vinegar (or a
specifically designed product fighting lime buildup), and let it soak
for a few hours.
2. Rub strongly with the hard side of a sponge until the lime, dirt and
any stains are removed.
3. Rinse thoroughly with water.
This guarantee does not allow recovery of any indirect, incidental, special
