4 AFTER SALES
Our after-sales service will arrange the repair of products whilst within the guarantee period &
can also arrange for non-guarantee repairs. All other questions that arise after the receipt of
your product, including the ordering of spare parts as well as technical support/advice, should
be directed to the same team.

CONDITIONS
Your Signakids come with a 24 month manufacturer's warranty. The warranty applies from the
date of delivery.
Spare parts, replacement parts, labour charges as well as return transportation costs to/from
our shopfloor are covered under the warranty. Please see exclusions below.
4.2.1 Warranty exclusions
The warranty does apply to damage caused by

Vandalism, fire or impact damage

Abuse or mishandling
-
Use of insufficient or poorly adapted packaging materials in the case of a return to our
shopfloor.

Installation/assembly where our guidelines & instructions (above) have not been
followed.

Reasonable wear & tear.
A Signakid or part of, that is not or no longer covered by the warranty, can still be returned to
our after-sales service for repair. In such a case it will automatically undergo a refurbishment /
repair quote, which will subsequently be submitted to the customer for acceptance. In case of
rejection, the client will be liable for delivery costs and diagnostic testing costs incurred by Elan
City Ltd. In case the product can only be repaired at a cost greater than its initial value, Elan
City will inform the customer.

PARE PARTS
All spare parts and accessories can be ordered from our service department. Transport costs
will be charged to the customer.
