CLEANING THE WELL, BASKET SUPPORT AND ACCESSORIES
To carry out this operation, proceed as follows.
1 - Switch the appliance off and leave it to cool
(see page 12).
2 - Turn
off
the
breaker to disconnect it
from
the
mains.
3 - Drain and filter the oil
(see page 13) .
4 - Remove and clean the
baskets and the basket
support structure (A).
5 - Use the lever (B) to
swing the heating ele-
ments (C) into the verti-
cal position.
6 - Apply a food-grade de-
tergent to the inside of the well.
7 - Rinse the well with drinking water and
drain.
8 - Apply a specific product or a water and
vinegar solution to the well to remove the
detergent residues.
9 - Rinse, empty and dry the well.

grease-remover product. If possible, wash in
the dishwasher.

Important
When using water for routine cleaning,
check that there are no traces of water left
in the well, on the accessories and in the
drain line before refilling with oil.
FAULT
The user can solve some of these problems him-
self, but for others specific technical knowledge or
skill is required, and so they must only be carried
out by qualified staff with recognised experience ac-
quired in the specific sector of operation.
