GUTTER MOUNT LEG KIT
Thank you for choosing UPRACKS fitting kit. UPRACKS special mount legs have been designed
to withstand any stresses. Laser cutting and robot welding ensure their quality and strength.
Cataphoresis treatment and powder coating to maintain the original look in time. Each leg has
been designed to be adapted to any roof height and 3 sizes are available.
Once you have found the attachment points in the roof rack for each single support leg, follow the fitting steps here
below:
FITTING STEPS
1) Overturn the roof rack to facilitate the fitting of support members.
3) The single legs can be fitted to the roof rack in 2 different ways:
solution A. Leg sliding inside the roof rack with 3 nuts being axle-aligned to the inner crosspiece.
solution B. Leg sliding inside and outside the roof rack with 2 nuts placed on the outer frame and one placed on inner
crosspiece.

Part numbers:
63-FK01 LEG KIT (PAIR) - HEIGHT FROM 12 TO 16 cm.
63-FK02 LEG KIT (PAIR) - HEIGHT FROM 16 TO 20 cm.
63-FK03 LEG KIT (PAIR) - HEIGHT FROM 20 TO 26 cm.
63-FK04 LEG KIT (PAIR) - HEIGHT FROM 26 TO 31 cm.
The package contains a pair of leg kits and all that is needed for per-
manent attachment of each single leg to the roof rack.
Every kit is equipped with:
- 2 complete legs as in the picture (the picture only shows one leg
- 6 rectangular nuts with respective steel bolts for roof rack
- 1 magnet to remove rectangular nuts from their slots
- 1 steel attachment cover plate with rubber pads
- one Allen head bolt for attachment to the gutter by steel cover plate
- threaded plate and 2 bolts for leg assembly.
2) Adjust height for each leg pair by using the slotted holes to reach almost the same
height, then partially tighten the 2 bolts.
These should be permanently locked in place only at the end of the procedure.

If your choice is solution A follow these instructions:
3A) Insert the 3 rectangular nuts in the crosspiece and
attach the leg by the proper bolts without tightening. All
nuts and bolts should be permanently tightened only after
the roof rack has been mounted and aligned.
