5.2 PrOBLem DesCrIPTION
Problem:
The control pad and/or the drive system is/are not working
The control pad plug is not inserted properly / The transformer plug is not inserted properly
Possible causes:
Faulty control pad or drive system / Control pad functions locked
Solution:
Check the connection of the plug / Plug the transformer into the socket / Request a maintenance/
repair service
Problem:
The LED on the transformer does not light up and the drive system is not working
The plug is not inserted properly / Voltage missing in socket / Defective transformer
Possible causes:
Insert the plug / Check the socket / Request a maintenance/repair service
Solution:
The LED on the Smartech© Motor lights up, but the anti-snoring system does not work
Problem:
Improperly connected microphone / Microphone positioned incorrectly / The connecting plug is not
Possible causes:
inserted properly / Control pad functions locked
Replace the control pad / Check the connections / Request a maintenance/repair service

Internal signal loss
Solution:
Reboot the internal router/system units and make sure the connection is resumed. Switch your
smartphone OFF and ON again. Make sure that the bluetooth and wifi connections are switched on.
