It is very important to conduct routine maintenance
and upkeep to prolong the service life and safety of the
lift table. Please check the lift table before operation
accordingly:
OPERATING ISSUE
The lift motor does not run.
The table will not raise.
Table lowers without
pushing the down button.
Oil leaking from the
cylinder.
Oil leakage from the air
inlet.
Battery will not charge.
Charger flashing to show
error.

2. Lubricate all pivoting points and axles (every 6 months).
3. Check the hydraulic oil (every 12 months).
TROUBLESHOOTING
CAUSES
1) Battery cord is disconnected.
2) Battery charge is insufficient.
3) The fuse has been triggered.
1) Low hydraulic oil.
2) Faulty hydraulic pump.
1) Oil leaking from the lowering
valve.
2) Oil leaking from hydraulic
circuit.
Seals are worn out or
damaged.
Excessive oil in the reservoir.
Battery is worn out.
1) Charger is not connected.
2) Batteries are not connected
properly.

Lubricate the roller rails with grease (monthly).
NOTE: Total oil capacity is 2.5L. If the lift table
needs more oil, use ISO-VG46 or equivalent.
RECOMMENDATIONS
1) Connect the battery cord.
2) Charge the battery.
3) Check the fuse.
1) Add oil.
2) Replace hydraulic pump.
1) Replace lowering valve.
2) Check hydraulic circuit and
repair.
Replace the seals.
Drain the oil to the correct level.
Replace battery.
1) Check all connections.
2) Check all battery
connections.
