Montagem dos componentes
Importante
Verifique, antes da montagem, se todos os componentes estão
limpos e em perfeito estado.
Adote todas as precauções necessárias para evitar danificar
qualquer peça com a qual deve trabalhar.
Atenção
Durante a montagem de componentes de carbono, preste especial
atenção ao aperto dos parafusos de fixação.
Aperte os elementos de fixação sem forçar excessivamente, a fim
de evitar que o carbono seja danificado.
Pré-montagem da tampa porta-matrícula
Insira os 4 clips originais (D3) e os 2 clips originais (D2) nas zonas
indicadas da tampa porta-matrícula (1), respeitando a orientação
mostrada na figura.
Monte os 2 tampões de borracha originais (D4) nos suportes da
tampa porta-matrícula (1), inserindo-os pelo lado indicado.
Montagem da tampa porta-matrícula
Acople a tampa porta-matrícula (1) ao porta-matrícula inferior (B) e
encoste os 4 parafusos originais (D1).
Atenção
Durante a operação, certifique-se de que os cabos não ficam
esmagados entre a tampa porta-matrícula (1) e o porta-matrícula
inferior (B).
Aperte os 4 parafusos originais (D1) ao binário indicado.
Posicione o prato porta-matrícula (E) na tampa porta-matrícula e
encoste os 3 parafusos originais (E1).
Aperte os 3 parafusos originais (E1) ao binário indicado.
Remova a matrícula (F) do prato porta-matrícula (E).

Kit installation
Caution
Check that all components are clean and in perfect condition
before installation.
Adopt any precaution necessary to avoid damages to any part of
the motorcycle you are working on.
Warning
When fitting carbon parts, take special care when tightening
fastening screws.
Tighten fasteners without forcing too much to prevent carbon parts
from being damaged.
Number plate holder cover pre-assembly
Fit no. 4 original clips (D3) and no. 2 original clips (D2) in the
indicated areas of the number plate holder cover (1), aiming them
as shown in the figure.
Fit no. 2 original rubber blocks (D4) on the brackets of the number
plate holder cover (1), inserting them from the side shown.
Refitting the number plate holder cover
Match the number plate holder cover (1) to the lower number plate
holder (B) and start no. 4 original screws (D1).
Warning
During the operation, make sure that cables are not squeezed
between number plate holder cover (1) and lower number plate
holder (B).
Tighten the no. 4 original screws (D1) to the specified torque.
Position number plate holder plate (E) on number plate holder
cover and start no. 3 original screws (E1).
Tighten the no. 3 original screws (E1) to the specified torque.
Refit number plate (F) on number plate holder plate (E).
