With machine connected, press key button 4, led 5 lights on.
B - Welding current:
Set welding current with knob 1 (this value is showed on display). Current and voltage values will be
displayed during welding. If necessary, during welding, adjust current.
C - Hot Start:
Adjust hot start time on knob 3 between 0 and 1,1 seg. to increase initial current and optimize arc ignition.
This function is used specially for low current welding jobs.
D - Arc Force:
Adjust arc force with knob 6 between 0 and 100% welding current to avoid electrode sticking.
E - Anti-sticking:
No adjustable parameter allows decreasing of welding current when sticking of electrode to welding piece.
TIG WELDING
A - TIG welding process selection:
With machine connected, press key button 6, led 5 on.
B - TIG Lift Arc selection (without high frequency):
Press key button 7, led 8 off.
C - TIG HF (high frequency) selection :
Press key button 7, led 8 lights on.
D - 2T or 4T mode selection:
Press key button 11 for 2T mode (led 12 off) or 4T mode (led 12 lights on).
E - Adjusting TIG parameters :
E.1 - Gas pre-flow :
Adjust gas pre-flow time on knob 3 between 0,1 and 2,3 sec., press key button 6 during 1 second, until
led 4 twinkles. Gas pre-flow time is adjusted.
During welding, led 4 (gas pre-flow) lights on during selected time.
Note: In Lift Arc mode, gas pre-flow is adjusted manually by the operator.
E.2 - Gas post-flow : Adjust gas post-flow time on knob 9 between 0,4 and 20 seconds, press key button 11
during 1 second, until led 10 twinkles. Gas post-flow time is adjusted.
During welding, led 10 (gas post-flow) lights on during selected time.
E.3 - Up-slope: Adjust up-slope time with knob 2 between 0,3 and 10 seconds.
E.4 - Down-slope: Adjust down-slope time with knob 9 between 0,3 and 28 seconds. During down-slope it is
possible to return to main current by pressing the torch trigger.
F - Adjust welding current with knob 1.
