5.1 Generator startup by rope.
If the battery doesn't have enough charge, the generator can be started
manually with the starter rope.
1 Turn the fuel vent of fuel cap to "ON":
2 Turn the fuel valve to Open, "ON".
3 Pull out the choke to closed air position; this position enriches the gasoline
mix and makes startup easier.
