Troubleshooting
Problem
The appliance hardly
picks up any dust and/or
the suction power drops
The cover can not be
closed

Solution
The dust bag needs to be replaced page 17, "Changing the dust
bag".
It is recommended to service the filters at this occasion as well
page 17, "Cleaning or replacing the filter".
Attached nozzle is unsuitable for the floor to be cleaned.
Change the nozzle, page 15, "Assembling".
With the switchable floor nozzle attached, the switch is not in a po-
sition appropriate to the type of floor.
Adjust the position of the floor nozzle switch, page 15, "Assem-
bling".
Suction power setting is possibly not appropriate to the type of
floor.
Adjust suction power, page 16, "Adjusting the suction power".
This is a safety feature that should prevent the appliance from be-
ing operated without a dust bag inserted.
Be sure to have the correct bag type inserted properly page 17,
"Changing the dust bag".
The dust bag is projecting and prevents the cover from closing.
Be sure to have the dust bag inserted fully page 17, "Changing
the dust bag".
