If the battery is inserted incorrectly (inverted polarity), a short circuit
will be created, causing irreversible damage and a risk that the torch
could explode.
SWITCH
The torch has an on/off and continuous light power adjustment system
operated by a magnetic sliding switch: to turn the torch on and off simply push
the button forward once.
To change the brightness of the light, press the button forward and hold it
there. The brightness will change continuously as long as the button is held
forward. To set the torch brightness at the desired intensity, simply release
the button.
ENGAGING OR DISENGAGING THE SAFETY
The torch features an exclusive and effective safety system, designed to
prevent the torch from switching on accidentally. To insert the safety, rotate
the circular ring nut right below the switch as far as it can go. The pointer
engraved into the ring nut will line up with the closed lock icon. The switch will
be locked. To disengage the safety, simply turn the ring nut the other way until
the pointer lines up with the open lock icon. In the position the switch is not
secured and is operative.
