Plug the Power Adapter into the back of the unit and the other end into a 120 volt AC electrical outlet.
Press the POWER button to turn the unit ON.

SPEED ADJUSTMENT

When the unit is powered ON the default speed will be LOW, and one Blue LED to the right of the POWER
button will illuminate. To increase the speed, press the POWER button a second time. The speed will
change to HIGH and both Blue LED lights will illuminate. Press the POWER button a third time to turn
the unit OFF.
