Trouble shooting
Problem
Controller LED's are flickering
Gamepad does not work in my game
The gamepad is not responding
If your problem is not solved, please contact the helpdesk at www.trust.com/17735/faq.
Solution
- The gamepad is not connected. Move the gamepad closer to the
PC.
- Move the USB receiver away from other wireless devices (like
Wireless network routers, mouse and keyboard).
- If you are using the product around large metal surfaces, place the
USB receiver further away or remove the metal surface.
- Maximum wireless range is 10m, but walls or big objects may
reduce the range.
- Make sure your game supports this kind of game controller. Read
the instruction manual of the game to for the best settings.
- Replace the batteries.
- Connect the USB receiver to another USB port.
