Adjustments
Inn feed table height
• To raise or lower the in feed table in order to adjust
cutting depth, loosen the table lock (A).
• Using the adjusting lever (B) raise or lower the in feed
table. Cutting depth is indicated in the scale (C).
• When lowering the in feed table, to stopper (D) will stop
at 1/8" cutting depth. To lower the table more, the stopper
can be raised.
• Double-check to fasten the in feed table
CAUTION
lock (A) before operating the Jointer.
• The in feed table is built with a pre-established stoppers
system (E) to facilitate selection of the most convenient
maximum and minimum cutting depth or those used
more frequently without having to check the scale pointer.
• To adjust the pre-established stoppers system, loosen
the safety nuts (F) and turn the fastening screws (G). The
pin (H) will be the stopper to the depth adjusting screws
into the depth you select. Once the depths are defined
tighten the safety nuts.
Out feed table height
CAUTION
• To guarantee a precise edging job and
prevent a defective one, the out feed table shall be
perfectly aligned and leveled with the cutter head blades
when in their highest point of revolution.
• To raise or lower the out feed table loosen the out feed
table lock (I) and turn the adjusting knob (J) until the
table surface is in the same height than the blades.
CAUTION
• Double-check to tighten the out feed
table lock (I) before operating the jointer.
Blades adjustment
• To assure a precise edging job and

prevent from defective results the blades need to be
perfectly aligned and leveled to the out feed table surface.
• Before adjusting the blades remove the cutter head
guard (see page 7) and lower the in feed table as
indicated before.
• Set a steel rule onto the out feed table and the cutter
head to verify the blades height when in the highest point
in the cutter head revolution.
• Turn by hand the cutter head to verify all the blades
lightly touch the ruler without separating it from the out
feed table (K).
WARNING
• Use gloves to manipulate the cutter
head with your hands. Otherwise you might be subject to
severe injuries.
