for compensation. In the case of delays, serious or wilful negligence,
this exclusion is only valid provided no specific laws are contravened.
The warranty does not apply to lamps, glass and optic fibre conductors,
glass or rubber parts, or the colour fastness of plastic materials or all
parts subject to normal wear. Claims made under the warranty must
be presented by compiling the on-line request "QRRMA" form and by
accompanying the product with a copy of the purchase invoice.
The purchase invoice must clearly identify the dealer, date of purchase,
code or model of the product and the production or serial number.
