Product Assembly Steps:
Step # 1: Unscrew the lid.
Step # 2-1: Fill the base with water.
Empty the base of water when freezing conditions exist or the base
could crack and become damaged.
Step # 2-2: Or fill with sand (for a total weight of at least 60 kg / 133 lbs.).
Step # 3: Turn the lid tightly clockwise.
