TESTING THE DETECTOR
To test an installed gas detector, you can spread a little lighter gas in the air at a distance of about 5 cm from
the gas slots of the detector. ATTENTION: Frequent testing can reduce the sensitivity of the sensor. The
detector will interrupt the alarm and return to normal operating mode, after the gas density will drop below the
alarm level or after the restart.
PROCEDURES IN CASE OF ALARM
The gas detector enters the alarm state if the density of the gas in the room exceeds the minimum alarm level
(20% LEL).
Proceed as follows:
1. Immediately close the gas supply valve
2. Open the window and let air quickly enter the room
3. Close any fire source and do not use anything that could cause a fire, such as lighters, matches
4. Avoid turning on any electrical equipment
5. Try to find the exact place where the gas leak takes place and immediately notify the specialized institutions
or a qualified person

WARNINGS
1.
The gas detector must be installed and connected correctly.
2.
The gas detector must be powered from a power source.
3.
Maintain the detector regularly as indicated.
4.
Test the detector operation every six months.
5.
For different reasons, such as changing environmental conditions, interrupting electricity or fraudulently
acting on the electronic system, the product may not work properly. The user is advised to take all
precautionary measures regarding his safety and his goods.
MAIN CHARACTERISTICS OF THE SOLENOID VALVE
The solenoid valve offers a safety solution, stopping the gas in case of emergency by closing the valve. The
solenoid valve can be connected to a gas sensor, a fire alarm circuit or other types of gas sensors to stop the
gas supply in case of emergency.
The solenoid valve has an automatic closing system, when input voltages of 9-12 V are detected. After closing,
it can be manually opened by pulling upwards the red button.
1 - Manual push button to stop / start gas flow
2 - Cable for connection to the gas detector
