subjected on legal conditions and specific limitations on the country of purchasing.
*If in any country the jurisdiction prohibits any of the aforementioned clauses then that specific clause(s) will be
cancelled, the rest will however remain applicable.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND DETERMINATION OF APPLICABLE LAW
The present general contracting conditions are governed, in each and every one of its points, by the applicable
Spanish law, being applicable, in case of conflict or divergence in the interpretation and/or execution of the same,
or any other of the particular conditions, policies and other legal notices provided in the platform, renouncing any
other jurisdiction that could correspond to the parties, the competent Courts and Tribunals of Santa Cruz de
Tenerife (Tenerife island, Spain).
