35 mm Self-tapping Screw
(6 used in this step for
Apron Assembly only)
NOTE: DO NOT fully tighten all the screws until the chair been adjusted and all the legs are levelled so that they do
not wobble. Once adjusted then go back and tighten while making sure that the unit remains level.
1.
Unpack the unit and confirm that you have all the hardware and required parts listed.
2.
Place one Seat Assembly (A) upside down on a smooth and protective surface.
3.
With the pilot holes on the Seat Board (A) as a guide, align and attach Left and Right Leg Frames (B and C) to the
Seat Board using six 35 mm Self-tapping Screws (1). Make sure the Arrow Front sticker on the Leg Frames is
pointing towards front of the unit.
4.
Attach two Crossbars (D) between the Left and Right Leg Frames (B and C) using four 42 mm Self-tapping
Screws (2). Tighten the Self-tapping Screws with the provided hex wrench.
5.
Stand the chair upright. Check it is balance and securely tighten all the Self-tapping Screws.
6.
Repeat the process to assemble the other chair.
