3. Preparation Before Use

Open the battery cover on the back
of the unit.
Insert the AAA battery as indicated.
Please note that the included
battery from the factory may have
decreased energy levels over time.

Replacing Battery

The LCD will flash a battery icon, to indicate that the
battery is low. When this occurs, replace AAA battery.
Note: If you do not intend to use the product for a long
period of time, remove the battery before storage.

4. How to Clean the Sensor

1. Put the cap in the up position and sensor will turn on.
The umber on the disxplay will count down from 5-1, and then the
"START" will be displayed. Do not breath into the sensor.
2. Wait for "E" to start flashing.
3. The cleaning is done when "E" disappears.
