8.2 ERROR LIST

PROBLEM

SOLUTION
Check that the stove is plugged in
Replace the fuse. Only to be done by a
Qlima-approved technician
Replace control panel. Only to be done by
a Qlima-approved technician
Replace the ribbon cable Only to be done
by a Qlima-approved technician
Replace the printed circuit board Only to
be done by a Qlima-approved technician
Turn the main switch on
Fill the pellet hopper with pellets
Clean the brazier
Replace the auger motor Only to be done
by a Qlima-approved technician
Replace the printed circuit board Only to
be done by a Qlima-approved technician
Empty the combustion chamber and start
again if the problem recurs. Contact a
Qlima-approved technician if the problem
persists.
Check the following (can be done by end-
user):
- Possible obstruction of the combustion
air inlet pipe at the rear of the stove.
Clean the fresh air inlet pipe.
- Combustion chamber grate slots blocked
and/or too much ash or dirt in combustion
chamber and requires cleaning. Only to be
done by a Qlima-approved technician.
- Heat exchanger in the stove is dirty.
Clean the heat exchanger.
Try better quality pellets
Unplug the stove at the mains socket.
Remove the protective grill from the hop-
per and clean the hopper. Carefully clean
the visible parts of the auger. Refit the
protective grille and start again. Contact a
Qlima-approved technician if the problem
persists.
After the power interruption is resolved,
the stove automatically goes into the
cooldown phase. After the cooldown
phase, the stove is ready to be restarted.
