On average, the NUM'AXES headset attenuates noises that are dangerous for your hearing by 27 dB.

Electrical audio input (according to the standard EN 352-8: 2008 and regulation 2016/425/EU)
This product has an electric audio input. The headset limits the entertainment audio signal to 82dB(A)
effective to the ear only if the audio input voltage is below 165.5 mV.
The product shall not to be used if it can't be ensured that the input voltage doesn't exceed the maximum
value stated above.

In case of malfunction

Before determining that there is a malfunction with the product, make sure you go through this guide
once again and ensure that the problem is not due to weak batteries or user error.

For any repairs, the NUM'AXES after-sales service requires in every case:
− your complete product
− your proof of purchase (invoice or sales receipt)
If you fail to provide either of these items, NUM'AXES after-sales will charge you for the repair.
A flat-rate sum of €25 (incl. VAT) will be charged in the event of an unjustified return to after-sales (e.g.,
dead batteries, batteries wrongly inserted, etc.).
