1 Open the safety cover
- See Chapter 7.1
2 Remove the safety glass
- At one of the retaining pins located
on the side, carefully insert a
screwdriver between the safety glass
and the cover.
- Lift the safety glass up and over the
retaining pin and remove it to the
side.

3 Insert new safety glass
- Push the safety glass under one of
the retaining pins located on the side
and press it under the retaining pin
on the other side.
- Close the safety cover and tighten
the screws making sure the seal sits
correctly.
9.3. Replacing the halogen lamp
CAUTION:
Do not touch halogen lamps with bare
hands.

Disconnect the earthed plug from the
mains socket before all cleaning or
servicing work.

Allow the portable spotlight to cool off for
at least 20 minutes after switching off.
Only then may it be touched.

9.4. Replacing the mains cable

manufacturer, by a manufacturer's service
technician or by a comparably qualified
person.

2 Remove the old halogen lamp
3 Insert the new halogen lamp
- Take the halogen lamp out of its
packaging. Do not touch the halogen
lamp under any circumstances with
bare hands. Use a cloth or
something similar to hold the
halogen lamp.
- First insert one side of the halogen
lamp into the socket. When doing so
the pin will be pressed inwards.
- Then insert the other side of the
halogen lamp into the socket.
- Close the safety cover and tighten
the screws making sure the seal sits
correctly.
