3 - EQUIPMENT DESCRIPTION

3.1 - COMPONENTS LOCATION

Spheros's air conditioner equipment, CC140,
CC150, CC160, CC165 and CC170 models,
consists of an internal equipment split
type that shows a perfect fitting design the
vehicle, composed by a condenser module
Air Filter Evaporator Control
and an evaporator module connected to a
compressor.
The compressor is located next to the
vehicle's engine. The product uses refrigerant
gasR134a, according to the environmental
protection law.
The electrical system is composed of a
power panel, located on the evaporator,
which is controlled by the electronic controller
positioned together to the driver's panel.
The controller receives information from the
temperature sensor, situated on the air return,
and makes the equipment search and reach
the desired temperature inside the vehicle.

Note: The electrical system is inter-connected
with the vehicle's alternator and batteries.
