1. Pull out the crown to position 2.
2. Turn the crown counterclockwise to set the date.
3. Pull out the crown to position 3.
4. Turn the crown to set the time.
5. Push the crown back to position 1.

Setting the Date & Time
Before setting the time, please check the chronograph
measurement is stopped and set to zero (12:00)
position.
1. Pull out the crown to position 2.
2. Turn the crown clockwise to set the date.
3. Pull out the crown to position 3 when the second
hand is at the 12:00 position.
4. Turn the crown to set the time (make sure the 24-
hour hand is set correctly).
* Do not press button A or B when the crown is at
position 3, otherwise the chronograph hands will
move.
5. Push the crown back to position 1.
* Do not set the date between 9:00PM and 1:00AM,
otherwise the day may not change properly. If it is
necessary to set the date during the time period,
firstly change the time to any time outside it, set
the date and then reset the correct time.
