pack, repair or modify any part of the battery pack
assembly.
When recycling, make it nonconductive by applying
insulating tape to the terminals located on the
battery.
WHEN TO CHARGE THE BATTERY
New batteries are shipped in a low charged
condition and should be fully charged before Use.
The battery pack can be recharged at any time
during use, provided the pack is not overheated.
If the battery pack starts to cut out due to low
voltage, or previous tasks undertaken can no
longer be performed, it is suggested to stop using
the tool and recharge the battery.
For storage, it is suggested to recharge the battery
between 50% and 75% charge.

3. Before you begin
Intended use
This unit may only be used with the permitted original
cutting tools to cut grass and light weeds on trees,
walls, posts, lawn edges and other locations difficult
to access with a lawn mower.
The unit may not be used to cut thicket, heavy weed
coverage, wood or other objects.
This product is not intended for commercial use.
Generally
acknowledged accident prevention regulations
and enclosed safety instructions must be observed.
Only perform work described in these instructions for
use. Any other use is improper. The manufacturer will
not assume responsibility for damage resulting from
such use.
4. Assembly
Fitting the safety guard (See Fig. 3)
Turn the grass trimmer upside down. Mount the
protective hood on the motor head.
Then fix the safety guard with 2 screws (21).
Fitting the Spindle Plate (See Fig. 4)
Place the spindle plate (7) onto the spindle and
secure in place with the screw (20) provided.
Fitting the Flower Guard (See Fig. 5)
Attach the flower guard (8) to the motor housing.
Attaching and removing a Blade (See Fig. 6 & 7)
Place the big hole in the blade onto the blade mount
on the bottom of the spindle plate.
Pull the blade outwards so that the small hole is
fitted into the mount.
To remove the blade by pushing the blade towards
the centre of the spindle and then slide off.
Fitting the Front Handle (See Fig. 8)
Push the button (14) both sides, and mount the front
handle into the operating handle.
Rotate the front handle to the required angle.
Release the button and ensure the handle clicks
into a locked position.
