4.3. Disposal of the product
At the end of its useful life, the product should be disposed of in an environmentally friendly way,
reusing parts and recycling components and materials.
The crossed-out wheelie bin symbol on the device or on the packaging indicates that the
product must be disposed of separately from other waste at the end of its useful life.
Separate disposal of this device at the end of its life is organised and managed by the
manufacturer. Users wishing to dispose of this device should therefore contact the
manufacturer and follow the system adopted to allow separate disposal. Appropriate separate
disposal for subsequent launch of recycling of the disused device, with environmentally
friendly processing and disposal helps to avoid possible negative effects on the environment
and on health, and supports reuse and/or recycling of materials composing the device. Illegal
disposal of the product by the holder carries the administrative penalties
defined by applicable laws.
The remote control for this product contains a lithium-ion battery that must not be disposed
of with other household waste. The user must take all used batteries, regardless of whether
they contain hazardous substances or not, to a specific collection point so that they can be
disposed of in an ecologically sound way.
4.4. Radio compliance for USA
This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class A digital device, pursuant to
Part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful
interference in a residential installation. This equipment generates, uses and can radiate radio frequency energy
and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio
communications. However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular installation. If
this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or television reception, which can be determined by
turning the equipment off and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one of the
following measures:
- Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.
- Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver.
- Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected.
- Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help.
Any changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could void the
user's authority to operate this equipment.
This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) This
device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received, including
interference that may cause undesired operation.
This equipment complies with FCC radiation exposure limits set forth for an uncontrolled environment. This
equipment should be installed and operated with minimum distance 20cm between the radiator and your body.
This transmitter must not be co-located or operating in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter.
4.5. Radio compliance for the CANADA
This device contains licence-exempt transmitter(s)/receiver(s) that comply with Innovation, Science and
Economic Development Canada's licence-exempt RSS(s). Operation is subject to the following two conditions:
(1) This device may not cause interference; and
(2) This device must accept any interference, including interference that may cause undesired operation of the
device.
This equipment complies with Canada radiation exposure limits set forth for an uncontrolled environment. This
equipment should be installed and operated with minimum distance 12mm between the radiator & your body.
