STEP 2 CON'T
This unit is shipped with the
spring set to the middle setting:
20–30 lbs. (9.07 kg–13.6 kg).
A. To adjust tension, remove set
bolt with 10 mm open end
wrench while holding tension
on adjustment lever with 12
mm box end wrench.
This needs to be done on both
side-mounting brackets.
B. IMPORTANT NOTE
DO NOT release holding
tension until after the set bolt
is in the desired location.
With bolt removed, adjust to
desired setting.
Reinstall set bolt, and tighten
securely.
Repeat with other side mount
bracket.
RECOMMENDED SPRING
POSITION FOR VARYING
MIXER WEIGHT
0–20 lbs. (0 kg–9.07 kg),
20–30 lbs. (9.07 kg–13.6 kg)
30–60 lbs. (13.6 kg–27.2 kg)
Anything over 60 lbs
will void the warranty.

DETERMINING SHELF SIZE

Shelves should be a minimum of
3/4" (19 mm) thick by 20-1/2"
(520 mm) in length. The width
of the shelf is determined by
measuring the width between
the side mounting brackets
="D" minus 1-1/4" (32 mm)
FORMULA:
SHELF SIZE = D – 1-1/4"
(1-1/4"= 32 mm)
NOTE
17-5/8" (450 mm) shelf depth
when installing in 21" (534 mm)
depth cabinets.
