3.3 Cleaning and Sanitizing

IMPORTANT
Remove the plug before starting the cleaning process.
The machine must be completely clean and sanitized:
- Before being used for the first time;
- After everyday use;
- When it is not used for a long period of time;
- Before using it after a long time that it was not used.
Some parts can be removed to be cleaned:
- Fixed Table Block;
- Blade;
- Upper Wheel;
- Inferior Wheel ;
Do as described below to remove the parts mentioned above:
- Door
Turn the door Zip 01 (Picture. 09)until it relases from the fixing pin.
Open the Door No. 02 (Picture 09) and turn to the right side leaving it open.
