6.- TROUBLESHOOTING

Problem
No signal or bad signal.
The receiver does not respond to
the remote control.
There is no signal when the receiver
is moved to another room.
The message "No FAV Channel"
appears when the favourites button
is pushed.
Possible cause
- Connection fault.
- A cable is not connected
correctly.
- The antenna is disconnected.
- The antenna is in the wrong position.
- The antena is damaged.
- There is no digital signal.
The batteries are flat.
There is an obstruction between the
receiver and the remote control.
The new location does not have
sufficient signal.
No favourite channels have been
stored .

Solution
- Check all the connections cables.
- Plug in the antenna (if it is a DVB-T
indoor antenna).
- Adjust the position of the antenna.
- Replace the antennal.
- Check if there is a signal.
Replace the batteries.
Point the remote control at the
receiver and make sure there are
no obstructions between them.
Try connecting a cable directly from
the antenna to the receiver.
Select favourite channels in the
channels list.
