PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Whip Mix Verimodel™ OS is a 3D print resin for producing dental models on DLP, LCD or
SLA technology printers with 385nm and 405nm light sources.
STORAGE
VeriModel™ OS must be stored in the original packaging at room temperature in a dry
area.
Always keep container tightly sealed and close the container immediately after each use.
Do not expose VeriModel™ OS to any light source. Minimum amount of light can induce
polymerization (solidification).
Once resin is poured in a tray, it should be stored in a dark area
Since pigments settle over time, resin that is stored in a tray must be
stirred before each print using a plastic or paper card (similar to a business
card) to ensure a homogenous mixture and to get pigments back into
the solution. Failure to do this will obstruct the light, causing irregular
edges / surfaces.
NOTE: Avoid using sharp objects and edges as these can damage the resin
tray.
Do not use the product past the expiration date.
The lot number and expiration date are indicated on VeriModel™ OS packaging. In case
of questions or concerns, please refer to the lot number.
PROCESSING
When printing with VeriModel™ OS 3D Print Resin, make sure it is at a temperature
between 20°C and 30°C. Extreme high or low temperatures could negatively affect the
performance of the resin.
VeriModel™ OS bottle must be shaken thoroughly for approximately five minutes before
use. Color deviation may occur if not thoroughly shaken.
Carefully pour VeriModel™ OS into the tray / vat.
For optimized print settings refer to the Resource library at

After the build process is finished, post processing is required. If this cannot be immediately
completed, leave the printed objects in the printer until ready to post process.
POST PROCESSING
When the print job is complete, remove the build platform from the printer, then carefully
remove the printed objects from the platform.
Carefully remove all support structures from the printed object.
The printed objects must be rinsed using an ultrasonic alcohol bath for 3 – 5
minutes to eliminate any excess resin.
Printed objects should then be rinsed in a second clean ultrasonic alcohol
bath for an additional 5 minutes.
Models with cavities and gaps will take longer to clean.
To remove excess alcohol, leave models to dry at room temperature (or compressed air
can also be used).
