UNIVERSAL - BENCH VICE
Intended Use
• The vice is used for clamping small
parts for subsequent processing.
• It makes working comfortable as the
swivel head can be fixed in almost any
position.
• It is intended for household use and is
not meant for use in industrial or com-
mercial areas.

Safety instructions
• Read the operating instructions carefully
before using the appliance for the first
time and preserve this booklet for later
reference. Hand over the manual to
anyone, whom you pass on the
appliance to.
• Install the vice on a stable, levelled and
undamaged surface, e.g. a workbench.
• Parts may not be processed with hand-
driven electronic tools (Manual drilling
machine).
• Use the detachable protective casings
for clamping delicate parts.
• Align and clamp parts taking into
50 mm
account the shape and property of the
75 mm
materials.

• Place round parts vertical or horizontal
to the V nut and clamp them tightly.
• Check the clamping screw regularly to
ensure that it is fixed well into the
groove and retighten it if required.
• The vice is made of aluminium spray
cast and therefore is only conditionally
impact resistant.
• Do not slam on the clamping jaw or
the vice casing.
• Do not use heavy hammers for bending,
aligning or tapping objects flat.
• Do not use extension pipes for clamping,
as it involves the danger of overloading the
jack screw (Danger of breaking).
• Use protective gloves and goggles.
