• Place the appliance on a clean, flat and heat-resistant surface.
• Carefully place the cooking pot (5) inside the housing (8) (ill. a).
WARNING:
- Do not overfill the cooking pot (5). Do not use the appliance without the cooking pot (5) or fill food directly
into the housing (8) (ill. b ).
- Do not use the cooking pot (5) in an oven or microwave (ill. c ). Do not use the cooking pot (5) on a stovetop,
burner or an induction cooktop.
• Carefully place the food in the cooking pot (5) (ill. d ).
• Place the lid (4) on the cooking pot (5) (ill. e ). Do not lock it.
NOTE:
- Always use the appliance with the lid (4). Using the appliance without the lid (4) will increase required cook-
ing times.
Do not allow the power cord (9) to be trapped under the lid (4) (ill. f ).
• Connect the plug (9) to a wall outlet (ill. g ). The display (12) will switch on to the stand-by mode.
• Press the ON/OFF/START button (14) to switch on the appliance.
• Press the cooking program button (15, 16, 17) according to the required cooking program. The program
preset cooking time will appear on the display (15).
• Increase or decrease the cooking time by pressing the TIME +/TIME - buttons (16, 18) respectively, if required.
