Top Roller (black polyurethane). As a die
passes under the top roller, the roller
presses paper or other cutting material into
the die's blades. The blades cut through the
paper and into the roller. Replace roller
once a year with average use.
Die Tray. The
MARK IV tray
carries as many
as five large-sized
dies at once
under roller
during cutting.
Laser-cut holes or
channels in the
die tray allow for
flexing of the tray
as pressure is
exerted during
cutting. Replace
once a year with
average use.

Rubber Foam.
To protect users
from the sharp
steel-rule blade,
rubber foam is
glued to the die
base around the
blades.
Die Label.
A label on each die lists
the die's item number with a
size designator, die name,
bar code and a small image
of the shape.
