FOLDING INSTRUCTIONS (Fig.5)
To fold the treadmill, raise the base
–
frame to position (A) until you hear
the sound that indicates that the
lower bar is locked.
To unfold the treadmill, separate
–
the two lower bars and press the
base frame down. The base will
drop automatically.
Instructions for use
USE
Turn on/off the treadmill by
–
pressing the on/off switch (F).
Press the mode button (T) to select
–
the time / distance / calories
desired. Press +/- buttons to set
the data.
Press start button (R) and after
–
3 seconds the treadmill will start
running.
If you press start button (R) without
–
any countdown mode settled, the
treadmill will start running at the
lowest speed.
During the running, you can adjust
–
the speed by:
- Pressing +/- button (D/O/U)
- Pressing (J) or (P) buttons. They
adjust the speed quickly to 4km/h
or 8km/h.
Press the stop button (S) or remove
–
the safety key (B) to stop.

PROGRAMS
Press program button (Q) to

choose the program between
P1-P15.
When the program is settled, the

time indicator will show default
data. To modify the time, press
+/- buttons.

Each program is divided in 20
sections (see Table 1).
Press the start button and the
–
machine will run at the first
section speed.
FAT TEST
Press programs button (Q) till
–
"FAT" appears on the screen.
When FAT state, press mode
–
button to select "Sex", "Age",
"Height" and "Weight".
To set each parameter, use
–
+/- buttons.
