6. Insert rear legs (3) into the corner between the
bottom and the side. Bolt the leg to the side using
two bolts and nuts per leg. (See Figure 4)
7. Place door and frame assemblies (7 and 8) over
the locker body. Make sure body sides are inside
the frames, not between the frames. Attach top to
frame header and bottom to frame sill using one
bolt each. Attach frame to sides using 14 bolts and
nuts. (See Figure 5)
NOTE: Do not attach the top bolt on either side
of the door frame. These will be added when
joining the vertical and horizontal sections.
8. Repeat steps 1 to 7 to assemble second 6-tier
locker.
HORIZONTAL ASSEMBLY
1. Identify three sides for horizontal section (13); the
top of each side has two bolt holes instead of one.
Bolt the three left sides to the back panel (14) using
2 bolts and nuts each—nuts to the inside.
(See Figure 6)
2. From left to right bolt four tops (5) and four bottoms
(12) to side (13) and back panel (14) using 4 bolts
each—nuts to the inside. Tops and bottoms will
share bolts and nuts with the parts on either side of
them. (See Figure 6)
