Scope of supply for SXS08530512 titanium silencer
1x Titanium silencer with Sparky insert
1x Front fastening clamp (TZ5)
1x Rear fastening clamp (TZ10)
1x M6x40HH collar screw
1x M6x25HH collar screw
2x Washer DIN125 A6.4
1x 24x3mm spacing washer for front fastening clamp
1x Exhaust spring

Mounting the silencer
– Attach the fastening clamps included in the scope of supply to the
silencer (see photo). Attach the titanium silencer to the factory header.

Rear fastening clamp (B) SXS08530515 (TZ 10)
Screw the titanium silencer onto the rear frame.
Use the M6x25 screw and DIN125 A6.4 washer for the front fastening clamp.
CAUTION: add the 24x3mm spacing washer when attaching the front clamp.
Use the M6x40 screw and DIN125 A6.4 washer for the rear fastening clamp.
Attach the exhaust spring included in the scope of supply, align the entire
exhaust system and tighten all of the retaining screws.
– When you operate the silencer for the first time, keep the engine speed
low for approx. 5 minutes to heat the silencer evenly. This will allow the
rock wool to achieve its full sound-absorbing efficiency and maintain
the required noise level.
Service
Replace the rock wool in the silencer every 15 hours for competitive use and
every 30 hours for private use.
