prevent accidents, you should carefully read the recommendations given in this manual.
The manual impulse sealer is a sealing machine designed for film sealing. The principle of
action is to pass an electrical impulse through the heater, which seals a package with a heat seal.
Preheating is not required: the device is ready for operation as soon as it is connected to the
mains.

SAFETY MEASURES

• Do not hit the device or allow other impacts
• Avoid water getting on the surface of the device, do not work in humid conditions or on an
uneven surface
• Successive sealing of the film is not allowed (the interval between two sealing operations
must be at least 10 seconds).

PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION

When the lever is pressed, the microswitch button is activated and the device converts
the mains voltage supplied via the transformer to the heating element into a thermal pulse to
seal the package.

OPERATING PROCEDURE

• Place the package in the sealing area and push down the lever
• Press and hold the lever handle while the indicator light is on and for another 1~2 seconds
to cool the package
• Lift up the lever, remove the bag and check the quality of the sealing beam.
