To transport the rowing machine, lift it by the rear stabilizer (47) until the transport
rollers (15) touch the ground and the device can be moved easily. You can now
transport it to the desired location.
Turn the resistance setting (80) clockwise to increase the resistance.
Turn the resistance setting (80) counterclockwise to decrease the resistance. The level of resistance
starts at level 1 in the weakest level and can be increased up to level 8.
You should begin your "Exercise Period" at the resistance level and speed to suit your

needs. Remember to start out slow and easy, and work your way up to the fitness level
you desire.
