3. Remove bumper beam continued - If equipped, disconnect the blind spot
monitor wire from top of bumper beam. Set bumper beam aside. Keep
hex flange nuts for hitch installation. Return factory hex bolts to vehicle
owner. See Figure 1.
5. Install Hitch and Bumper beam - Raise hitch and bumper beam into position aligning holes with studs and weldnuts in end panel. See Figure 1. Loosely reinstall the
(2) existing M10 flange nuts onto the studs, and (4) M10 hex bolts (item 1) provided with hitch into weldnuts in end panel. If equipped, reconnect blind spot monitor
wire to top of bumper beam.

4. Apply sealant - apply silicone sealant to both hitch bracket mounting
surfaces. See Figure 2.
