ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Initial installation
1. Install overrun device and axle on the chassis.
2. Release the hand-brake lever completely.
3. Pull the drawpipe of the overrun device all the
way forwards.
4. Slip hand-brake lever (4) and spring cylinder
(5) on the drawbar (2).
5. Screw the hexagonal nuts (3, 6) on the draw-
bar.
6. Screw the drawbar (2) at least 15 mm into the
swivel head of the overrun device (1). Lock it
with the hexagonal nut (3).
7. Pull the drawbar backwards until the reversing
lever is in contact.
8. Screw on the hexagon nut (6) until it is 1 mm
away from the spring cylinder. Lock it with a
second hexagon nut.
9. Hook bowden cable into the wheel brake (see
695100_a_ bowden cable mount).
10. Insert the Bowden cables (8) at the abutment
(9) and secure them with a hexagonal nut
M12x1.5 (10).
11. Insert the drawbar (2) into the compensating
profile (7).
12. Thread the Bowden cables (8) into the com-
pensating profile (7).
13. Screw on the M10 ball nut (14), and tighten it.
Lock it with a hexagon nut M10 (15).
14. Slip on the distance piece (16).
15. Screw the long nut (13) on the drawbar (2) and
tighten it with your fingers.
16. Forcefully pull and release the hand-brake le-
ver three times.
17. Turn the wheel forwards and tighten the long
nut (13) until there is noticeable brake resis-
tance.
Turning the wheel manually in driving di-
rection must be possible.
18. Lock the long nut (13) with the hexagonal nut
(12) or use optional linkage support (11).
