Care and Maintenance

This unit was designed to be as maintenance-free as possible, but there are a
few simple things you need do to keep it working properly.
• Test the device at least once a week.
• To ensure active sensitivity to smoke, clean the smoke detector surface with a
soft brush or cloth each month.
• If you are not going to use your smoke detectors for a prolonged time, please
dismount them ,deactivate it and put them in a packing box.
