REMEDY
Clean or replace parts.
Polish face of the cylinder or replace
and grease again.
Open the magazine and remove the
nails. Open the cover (x) and swing
open the guide plate (y). Push back
the driver and remove jammed nail.
Replace damaged parts.
Clean the interior pieces, grease the
counter surfaces of the O-rings and
the surface of the cylinder. Check the
lubricator.
Adjust to correct air pressure (min. 5
bar / 0,5 MPa).
Investigate and correct trouble.
Replace piston. At the same time
check bumper (v) for wear.
Re-grind the face of the driver tip
such that it is square to its axis.
Set correctly according (see 5).
Eliminate the jamming cause.
To replace the battery, open the cover
(x).
