Use
1. To adjust the horizontal cutting angle, lift the saw slightly by the grip (14) and adjust the angle sheet (7) to the desired angle. Fit the cutting
depth adjustment position, in order to control the depth of cut.
2. If you want to change the vertical angle cutting, loosen the screws at both ends of the angle sheet (7). Adjust the saw to the desired position
and tighten the screws again. Keep to the maximum cutting angle. With cutting depth adjustment, make sure that the cutting table surface
will not be damaged by the saw.
3. Place the materials on the worktable. Fasten the materials on the worktable with the horizontal vice (1) and vertical vice (2), to provide a
uniform and safe cutting process.
Maintenance and storage
1. Grease the saw blade with a little lubricating or antirust oil, to protect it against corrosion and to diminish the frictional resistance during
cutting.
2. After cleaning the oblique cutting saw, store it in a dry place. If not use it for a longer period, we recommend to apply a bed of lubricating oil
on the metal.
3. Maintain regularly your oblique cutting saw, in order to ensure a smooth running and maximum parameters.
ATTENTION!
1. Before cutting, mark the parts to be cut. During cutting apply only a slight pressing on the saw blade.
2. Do not use deformed or damaged saw blades.
3. Replace the used facilities.
4. If necessary, wear appropriate protective equipment, as listed below:
A) Blinkers or eye shields;
B) Cutting protective gloves.
C) face guard
5. Do not cut other material than those indicated by the manufacturer.
6. Ensure enough lighting of the working place.
7. Packing material, which is a danger to children playing, should not be left within their grasp.
8. The saw blade of this oblique cutting saw can be dismantled and kept in a place located at an adequate height, for not be accessible to
children.
