Getting started

Always plug your appliance into an easily accessible earthed power socket. The power
indicator light comes on.
The interior lighting in the refrigerator compartment comes on when the door is opened.
Before plugging the appliance into the mains socket
for the first time, please allow it to stand for two
hours if it was transported in a vertical position or
24 hours if transported in a horizontal position. This
is to allow the refrigerant gas to flow back into the
compressor. Failure to comply with this waiting
period may damage the compressor.

Display controls

Display panel on door
Your appliance has the following control features and the various operating modes are
indicated by the symbols on the display panel as illustrated below. When the appliance is
powered on for the first time, the backlighting on the display panel is turned on. lf no buttons
are pressed and the doors are closed, the backlighting will turn off.
